Please note:  Payment must be made before work begins.  Once we have started on your QDRO, your fee is not refundable.

Please sign and return the fee agreement if you have not already.

Defined contribution plans, such as 401(k)s are $500.

Defined benefit plans, eg pensions plans, are $600.

PERA orders are $350.

We are only accept cash or payment through Venmo, Zelle or Square.
