Fees

For drafting Court Orders we charge a flat fee, which is payable in advance:

Defined Contribution Plans (eg 401(k), TSP, TIAA-CREF) $500
Defined Benefit Plans (eg Pension Plans, FERS, CSRS) $600
Colorado PERA (for all plans owned by the Participant) $350

For consulting, we charge $250 per hour.
